Brilliantly Imperfect was founded in 2017 to pull together all the different aspects of Wellbeing work that I do.
I am a qualified teacher, currently teaching mindfulness and art in primary schools, but have also taught full time in primary and secondary schools.
On a mission to improve the mental health of primary and secondary school age children, my conferences bring together leading professionals to help, inform and support parents, children and other professionals in a straight-talking, understanding and practical way. My Mindful Classroom sessions, that I deliver as teacher training, have been met to great acclaim in schools around Hertfordshire, and parents and children alike have benefited hugely from my mindfulness sessions, talks and workshops run during the school holidays.
As a Reiki Master, the sharing of the application and teaching of Reiki to enhance wellbeing on many levels for both humans and animals also fits beautifully under the Brilliantly Imperfect umbrella. Reiki is a huge part of my life, and it has shaped me and allowed me to grow through both the ups and downs of life. Alongside Reiki training, my Mindfuless courses are booked months in advance as are my animal communication, wellbeing workshops, meditation, psychic development and lifestyle courses.
I am also mum to a gorgeous teenage daughter, an artist, a bellydancer, a Priestess of Avalon in training, a netball player and an avid pioneer to improve the lives of rescue animals.
Empowering people to be the best they can be is my drive. Why waste time trying to be perfect when you can be brilliantly imperfect?!
