Fabulously Imperfect was founded in 2017 to pull together all the different aspects of Wellbeing work that I had been doing for years.
Having taught full time in primary and secondary schools over the last 14 years, I am currently pursing my artistic dream and working on my own art, as well as teaching art in primary schools and focussing on spreading wellbeing and happiness around as much as I can through Fabulously Imperfect. Empowering people to be the best they can be is my drive – Why waste time trying to be perfect when you can be fabulously imperfect?!
Reiki is a huge part of my life, and as a Reiki Master, I am committed to sharing not only the offering of Reiki, but also the teachings of Usui, Angelic and Karuna Reiki to enhance wellbeing on many levels for both humans and animals. Alongside Reiki training, I run many other wellbeing courses and workshops, including Mindfuless courses, animal communication courses and meditation, psychic development and wellbeing circles.
As a Priestess of Avalon in training, I also run Goddess Training circles and workshops, designed to empower the divine feminine within us all and offer strength, self-love and healing through working with Goddess energy.
Having studied fine art at University many moons ago, it has taken me this long to pursue my own development as an artist, and I am thoroughly enjoying the exciting and soul-changing projects that I am undertaking – each piece of artwork is also infused with Reiki and goddess energy.
On a mission to improve the mental health of primary and secondary school age children, my conferences bring together leading professionals to help, inform and support parents, children and other professionals in a practical way and my Mindful Classroom sessions, that I deliver as teacher training, have been met to great acclaim in schools around Hertfordshire, and parents and children alike have benefited hugely from my mindfulness sessions, talks and workshops.
I am also mum to a gorgeous teenage daughter, a bellydancer and an avid pioneer to improve the lives of rescue animals.
